PHILADELPHIA is large and beautiful city that is also extremely rich in history. Many people from around the world come to see its amazing historical sites as well as experience the unique culture.
Unfortunately Philadelphia has also been rated as one of the top ten cities for deep poverty. The needs of this community are seemingly endless. The opportunity to help and to encourage is substantial.
Pastor Hal Hopkins is the Executive Director for the SBC Association in this region which includes approximately 170 churches. He works with multiple local churches from other denominations as well to bring the Gospel of Jesus to this city and to meet the tangible needs of the people.
There are various types of activities you will be involved in on each trip, such as, homeless outreach, kids ministry, prayer walks, food and clothing distribution, service and work projects, adopt-a-block, worship, and much more.

WHY A MISSIONS TRIP
A mission trip is action-packed, fast-paced, and high-impact. It can be short- done over the course of a weekend - or longer- a whole week! Students and leaders from various cities across America partner with local churches and ministry organizations to impact people in a significant way by meeting their physical needs, as well as their spiritual needs, and by spreading the gospel.
Our trips are designed to be flexible to fit your team. We can make them accessible to anyone who has a desire to serve. If you can only do a weekend, no problem! No one has to take off school or work to do an outreach and make an impact. If you have more time to serve, great! We can schedule a whole week for you.
